this is a little goofy, but I like the contrast between the two leads--one is usually using the
floor for his bounce up on beats 3 and 6, and the other is usually muscling his way
through--I think the difference is instructive: look for the body compressing into a bow
as the foot drives into the floor just ahead of the beat, vs. an upright stance as the
foot taps the floor slightly behind the beat. The former is more satisfying, I aver,
because of the slight, unforced delay w/bowsnap feel off beats 3 & 6.
